Discovery & Vision
We begin with a conversation about your lifestyle, goals, preferred location, approximate budget and timing. We want to understand how you hope to live in the home, not just how many rooms it needs.
TALAVERASignature HomesBuilding a home is a meaningful investment. Our approach is designed to bring clarity to decisions, transparency to the process, and care to each stage of construction.
Tell Us About Your Project ↗Every home and homesite is different, so the sequence and details may vary. These stages offer a practical guide to what you can expect and how to prepare for each step.
From the earliest discussions through the final handoff, we want the experience to feel organized, transparent, and thoughtfully managed. Good homes are built with good decisions, and good decisions are made with clear information.

A lot can shape everything from the floor plan to the total cost. We discuss access, slope, drainage, utilities, setbacks, HOA requirements and opportunities for views or outdoor living.
We develop a practical direction for the layout and architectural style, bringing together plans, desired features, preliminary specifications and cost considerations.
Before construction, we work to align the plans, selections, allowances, schedule assumptions and contract scope with the intended investment. We discuss uncertainties so the project begins with informed expectations.
With permits and approvals in place, construction moves through site work, foundation, framing, mechanical systems, finishes and final details. We coordinate trades, review workmanship and communicate progress and upcoming decisions.
As the home nears completion, we walk through the finished spaces, address remaining punch items and review the final details. Our goal is a home that feels ready to be enjoyed.
No. If you already have a homesite, we can start there. If not, we can still discuss what type of lot may fit your goals and what to watch for before purchasing.
